Buyer Protection fee

When you buy an item from a Pro seller through Vinted, your purchase is covered by our Buyer Protection Pro. It ensures that your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction, that your payment is transferred safely, and that we can help you resolve any issues or refunds. Refund policy

We’ll issue a refund if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described. You have 2 days to submit a claim. Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer pays for return shipping. Find out more about Vinted’s refund and returns policy.

Secure transactions

Your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction. We won’t release it to the seller until you receive your order and confirm everything is OK.

All Vinted payments are encrypted. They’re handled by our trusted payment partners, whose secure technology makes sure money is sent and received safely and reliably.

Vinted’s secure messaging tool helps you find out every detail about the item you’d like to purchase. You can message any member — just remember that you’ll instantly increase their trust in you by being polite and considerate.

Review

Vinted members can leave feedback for each other only after a completed order — so the feedback you see on people’s profiles is based on actual experiences. Take a close look at the feedback left by other members, and remember to leave feedback after an order to receive it in return.

Be proactive
